1. Booking and Reservations:

  • A confirmed reservation requires payment of the full booking amount in advance.

3. Reservations, Amendment and Cancellation:

  • Availability: All reservations are subject to availability. Reservations made on this site are considered provisional until a confirmation number is issued to the guest via email or fax.
  • Confirmation and Communication: The Magpie Team may contact guests periodically to re-confirm reservations and prevent fraudulent bookings.
  • Amendments: Guests can modify reservations conveniently through the website. The Camp is not liable for inability to provide products and services due to unavailability.
  • Changes and Liability: In circumstances beyond its control, the Camp may need to reject or modify a confirmed reservation. Every effort will be made to accommodate the situation. If no alternative is available, any deposit will be refunded, and the reservation considered cancelled, limiting the Camp’s liability.
  • Cancellation Policy: Magpie Camp reserves the right to impose a per room per night cancellation fee for late cancellations or no-shows.
  • Acknowledgement: Magpie Camp does not guarantee acknowledgement of reservations or transactions made on this site due to unforeseen circumstances, omissions, or errors.

4. Guest Responsibilities:

  • Guests are responsible for their belongings and valuables during their stay.
  • Guests must adhere to campground rules and regulations for safety and enjoyment of all guests.

5. Liability:

  • Magpie Camps is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property during their stay.
  • Guests are responsible for their own safety during activities such as trekking or outdoor adventures.

6.Charges and Payment Terms:

  • Magpie Group reserves the right to request a deposit upon confirmation of a reservation, where applicable. Failure to comply with payment terms may result in cancellation of the booking without liability, with the deposit retained. Deposits can be settled using major credit cards; alternatively, cash payment is required in the absence of a credit card to complete the booking process.
  • Disclaimer: Payments made through channels other than the official brand website, corporate affiliates (B2B/B2C), Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), or direct contact with Magpie Group will not be accepted by any camp under the Magpie Group.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

  • Magpie Camps reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
  • Updated terms will be effective upon posting on our website.
