Binsar is one of the most scenic places located in the Kumaon region of the Himalayas. While here, you can head off to “Binsar Zero Point” which provides a vast and panoramic view of the Himalayas. The most spectacular place in Binsar is the Binsar wildlife sanctuary, which is situated at the foothills of the Himalayas, and it offers a splendid view of the Himalayas and also a plethora of flora and fauna.It is located at an average height of 2,412mts. You can go for a jungle safari while here and also take jeep tours. If you’re more adventurous, you can go trekking here.

The best time to visit Binsar is from March to June which is the spring/summer months in the region. You can also plan for winter months which are from late October to early February.
